WELCOME TO GANCO PLC

Ganco Plc was incorporated in 2003 and specialises in commercial and residential investment and development.The company has been seeking opportunities in other fields and in 2004 ventured into developing medical centres which were to be leased to Primary Care Trusts.  The company has since developed and delivered two such centres with a GDV of 8 Million pounds.  Ganco Plc has also recently completed two mixed residential/commercial town centre development projects and has secured lettings to blue chip covenants such as Tesco Plc and Carpetright Plc.  In addition, the company has successfully ventured into the provision of serviced offices and serviced apartments.
